1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed, it enters the processing stage.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification when your order is being prepared for shipment.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day. In such cases, you will be notified.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate

We deliver products all over India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express etc.

Below are the estimated delivery windows:

Metro Cities 3 – 5 Business Days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities 4 – 7 Business Days
Remote Areas / Villages 6 – 10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier serviceability and local conditions.


3. Shipping Charges

Desi Drift offers simple and transparent shipping fees:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹0 to ₹99 (based on order value/offers running on the website)

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products and promotional campaigns

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an extra charge between ₹30 to ₹60 depending on your order

Shipping charges (if applicable) will always be visible at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

If tracking is not updated for 48 hours, feel free to contact our support team.


5. Incorrect Address or Missing Information

To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate:
✔ Full Name
✔ Complete Address
✔ Pincode
✔ Active Mobile Number

Desi Drift is not responsible for delayed delivery or failed attempts due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time

If a package returns due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.


6. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions/strikes

  • Courier operational delays

  • High order volume

  • Remote locations

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier partner.


7. Damaged / Lost Packages

We take every precaution, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim and either resend or refund your order depending on availability.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Desi Drift ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Stock availability

  • Warehouse location

  • Courier constraints

You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.


10. Change or Cancel Shipping Address

You may request a change within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

11. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.
If all attempts fail:

  • The package will be returned to our warehouse

  • Re-delivery can be arranged after additional shipping charges (if applicable)
