5. Return Pickup & Process

Once your request is approved, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.

You must pack the product securely in the original packaging.

The courier will attempt pickup 2β3 times.
-
If the pickup fails repeatedly due to customer issues, the return may be cancelled.
In some pin codes, pickup may not be available.
In such cases, we may ask you to courier the item manually to the given address.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check (QC).
Refund will be issued if:

Prepaid Orders:
The amount will be credited to the original payment method (3β7 business days). -
COD Orders:
Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer / UPI (2β5 business days).

7. Replacement Policy
